Over the years ICAL has built contacts in most countries and now works alongside with reliable Agents that have positions available in private schools almost all year round. Some of them also help public schools hiring their teachers.

We help our ICAL graduates find work wherever they wish to go.

Our placement process works in two stages.

First ICAL will screen your application to make sure that you meet the minimum requirements for employment in the country of your choice.

Then we will get in touch with our partner based in that country and brief them on your specific requirements.

Once they have identified suitable matches we will put you in touch with them directly so that you can work together towards the hiring process.

Often, we get to know of vacancies available independently of the Agent, in which case we contact the schools directly on your behalf to clear the first application stages. Once both parties are happy with what is being offered we put them in direct contact. At all times, ICAL monitors your progress in the placement process.
