2. Complete the details (country and zip code) on the page which appears.
3. Click on the Add to Cart button (note, NOT the Quick Buy button).
4. Check the details and at the bottom of the page (in yellow) select your payment method, either Check or Bank/Wire Transfer. (For payment by Credit Card click here.)
5. Click the Check Out button.The final page has details of your order. If you are paying by check you will see the address to which the check should be sent. If you are paying by bank/wire transfer you will receive details after completing the order.
6. Finally click Purchase - this completes the transaction.
